KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Ethics and Compliance Programs for our Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the client's ethics hotline project
- Oversee the intake, documentation, and preliminary analysis of reports received through the hotline; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough investigation and resolution of reported issues
- KCM (ServiceNow Technology) Lead in charge of raising tickets when there are system issues and developing business requirements for enhancements to the system
- Ensure strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all project communications and processes
- Prepare and present regular reports and analysis of hotline activity to senior management
- Support the development and implementation of project strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the ethics hotline
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and responsibility to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management related to ethics hotline, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the consumer retail sector
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or a high school diploma or GED plus 3 years of previous experience in ethics hotline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive project issues confidentially and tactfully
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in using hotline management software and Microsoft Office Suite
