KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Enterprise Contracting Center Technology Team.

Responsibilities:

Review contracts and agreements to accurately extract, input, and verify key contract information and metadata into the enterprise contract repository
Run firm-approved AI prompts and extraction tools to pull key dates, contract terms, and clauses from documents, reviewing the AI outputs for accuracy and correcting errors
Perform routine quality checks on contract records to ensure required fields, attachments, and executed documents are complete, accurate, and consistent
Assist with day-to-day contract repository maintenance, including uploading documents, updating data fields, and helping pull files or reports for audits and team requests
Flag recurring system issues, prompt errors, or data discrepancies to senior team members, and perform other routine data and administrative tasks assigned
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum one year recent experience in a professional services environment; experience with contracting management lifecycle preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience or interest in using AI tools and contract databases is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents carefully for accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
