KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Analyst to join our KPMG AI & Digital organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop AI strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends
- Design and implement AI-driven digital solutions to tackle complex business challenges and enhance performance
- Assist in the deployment and integration of AI models and digital tools tailored to client needs
- Work with data scientists, IT professionals, and consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goals
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendations
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain KPMG's competitive edge in AI and digital innovation
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with a focus on project implementation and strategy development
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field is required; relevant certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R; experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong skills in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and presentations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
