KPMG is currently seeking a Sales Engineer in Technology Risk for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of KPMG Data Privacy & Protection (DPP) alliance partner(s) including alliance relationships, pipeline, and sales pursuits
- Ownership of KPMG DPP and alliance partnership portfolio and annual sales number
- Facilitate sales of large-scale data transformation and managed services programs
- Innovate next generation DPP solutions that help minimize impact, decrease likelihood, and increase adaptability to cyber threats and regulatory requirements
- Innovate DPP products leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Present firm-based approaches and messaging at internal training classes, external events, and client meetings.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale technology systems, orchestrating automation and optimizing processes for time and/or cost efficiency. Willingness to take a critical eye to security tooling capabilities and present defendable, technical justifications for decisions and designs.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of experience in Information Security or in a technology related field
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience; cyber security, cyber defense, and/or technical infrastructure certifications
- Team members are expected to navigate technology integrations across client environments, optimizing layers of defense while managing technology friction
- Ability to collaborate, learn and work with cross functional teams like system administrators, data scientists, architects, and cyber security engineers to customize cyber defense solutions
- Ability and willingness to travel, work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $150400 - $282000
