KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Global Mobility Services - Global Engagement Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop capabilities of the GMS Global Engagement Management Central Team, focusing on, but not limited to, global coordination and billing, and assist in implementing the global practice's growth strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering seamless experience in global engagement management coordination
- Oversee and provide training to team members on processes and skills related to centralized global engagement management
- Conduct research and provide initial recommendations for solving significant practice-related issues
- Contribute significantly to KDN Tax & Legal projects and strategic initiatives related to core business activities
- Participate in various internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams on key projects
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years recent experience in a Global Mobility Services role, ideally coordinating/managing global engagements led from the US
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business discipline from an accredited college or university
- National tax qualification, CPA, Enrolled Agent, or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in collaborating with other service groups or businesses; exceptional stakeholder and people management skills with the ability to lead and manage small teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex issues; adaptable to various work environments and locations; capable of operating in a fast-paced and highly complex multinational setting
- Demonstrates professional skepticism and consistently seeks to understand and potentially leverage the root cause of current developments
