KPMG is currently seeking an Experience Intelligence Director to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the experience intelligence team, fostering collaboration and innovation, as well as develop comprehensive research and analytics strategies to inform business decisions
- Oversee the design and implementation of diverse research methodologies, ensuring best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Develop and implement voice of employee programs to analyze feedback and drive improvements in employee experience and engagement
- Translate research findings and data insights into actionable recommendations, effectively communicating these to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of research and analytics, manage budgets and resources, and support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in conducting user research, employee research, market research, or data analysis with a demonstrated progression in responsibility; minimum seven years of recent experience leading and managing teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, human-computer interaction, market research, data science, or a related discipline is preferred
- Background working in a large enterprise environment is preferred; experience working in an agile environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of a wide range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
- Proven ability to translate research findings, as well as data insights into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
