KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Event Program Delivery to join our Events and Meetings organization at Lakehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee in-person and hybrid events or initiatives, focusing on project scheduling, contract negotiations, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, creative event ideas, enhancing the participant experience, agenda support, and logistics management; collaborate closely with the operator to plan Lakehouse programs and ensure successful on-site execution
- Manage program components such as project timelines, contract negotiation, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, innovative event concepts, elevation of the attendee experience, support of agenda development, and logistics management
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned program owners, and sponsors to help ensure effective program service delivery and to help ensure successful outcomes
- Foster collaborative relationships with other internal departments, and effectively meet deadlines established with the execution of a specific meeting or event
- Support key learning design objectives to include but not limited to ensuring quality control of classroom setups, supporting onsite CPE and Focus tasks per SLA and SOP, resolving attendance tracking issues with backup process and documentation, supporting facilitator logistics, and collaborating on programming and experiences outside of the classroom
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in events and meeting planning, as well as executing within a professional services firm is preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Cvent and AI experience is required
- Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility/authority
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
