KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Mobility practice.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the GMS US practice/business team to gather feedback and make decisions on annual updates for US-specific tax applications.
- Evaluate requests from the GMS US practice/business team and translate them into functional business requirements for development, testing, and change management.
- Act as the internal expert in managing technology and processes that support the US GMS practice, providing production support for US-specific applications.
- Work with the Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Development team, and QA team to facilitate project implementation and support.Manage day-to-day interactions with the GMS US practice/business team, project staff, and stakeholders.
- Develop project management skills to create project plans and timelines, review, and release into Technology, and manage the completion of deliverables.
- Assume the Business Analyst role for the US migration to the LINK Go Delivery application to lead tasks related to business requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in Global Mobility Services, personal tax compliance, or mobility consulting services, with a willingness to become a subject matter expert.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Experience in Tax, IT, Accounting, and Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to collaborate across teams both in person and virtually, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvements.
- A self-starter who can effectively establish new functions and processes and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
