Associate, Federal Finance Transformation (TS/SCI + poly)

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

• Research / interpret Federal standards, policies, and regulations
• Organize / review financial requests and prepare responses / documentation, including communication with various stakeholders
• Review findings, perform root-cause analysis, develop corrective actions, create project roadmaps, identify dependencies / risks
• Support financial organizational designs, operations, and process workflows
• Assist in documenting current and future state of financial management functions, support change management efforts, and create training documents
• Support development of tools, execute process mapping, create visualizations, and data analysis activities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of federal financial management / transformation experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; CPA / CGFM / CDFM certification preferred
• Experience / understanding of federal financial management operations and budget cycles
• Experience analyzing financial processes and controls
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Must be able to work directly on client site in SCIF environment
• Applicant must possess a U.S. Government TS/SCI + poly clearance
