KPMG is currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive in Healthcare to join our Business Development organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive top-line growth and build and convert high-quality pipeline from prospecting to signature, increasing win rate and shortening sales cycles
- Sell to the C-suite; uncover needs, quantify ROI, and align KPMG solutions while deepening executive relationships
- Orchestrate multi stakeholder pursuits with KPMG Partners, Client Lead Partners, and SMEs to drive consensus and advance complex deals
- Create, qualify, and shape opportunities; own the sales process end-to-end and develop differentiated proposals that highlight KPMG's value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes
- Own bookings across assigned accounts; forecast with precision and report progress against quarterly goals to national and industry leadership
- Leverage existing executive relationships to expand revenue through upsell, cross sell, and multi service growth
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent business development sales and client account management experience in professional services with at least five years focused on the Healthcare sector
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED plus ten years of enterprise level sales experience within the Healthcare sector
- Ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and lead executive engagements to uncover, shape, and grow high value opportunities across healthcare organizations
- Win complex, multi-workstream healthcare consulting deals by simplifying solutions into compelling business cases and ROI, orchestrating SMEs, and navigating multi stakeholder procurement to close
- Strong commercial acumen opportunity qualification pipeline coverage pricing and negotiation and accurate forecasting paired with excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to travel regularly as needed
