KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle P2P lead to join our Managed Services practice.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process support, including issue resolution, enhancement design, and best-practice process optimization across managed services or consulting engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle P2P system solutions
- Support system configuration, testing cycles, and production deployment activities for Oracle P2P modules, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Provide functional expertise to clients by identifying opportunities for process improvements, system efficiencies, and operational excellence within the P2P lifecycle
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional designs, process flows, knowledge articles, and user training materials
- Contribute to continuous service improvements by monitoring performance, identifying recurring issues, and recommending enhancements aligned with firm standards
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent experience working with Oracle P2P, including hands-on configuration and support experience as a P2P Lead in managed services or consulting environments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or EBS P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier management, and related integrations
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions in partnership with technical teams
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize deadlines, and support client service excellence in fast-paced environments
- Travel may be required, depending on client and business needs
