KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design / architecture, and workforce analytics
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, stakeholder management, meeting / workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project / financial management
- Drive creation / advancement of thought leadership, internal / external tools and resources, training for workforce transformation efforts
- Contribute to the development / evolution of methodologies, and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, methodology guides
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, assisting with proposal responses, and client outreach
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of Human Capital / Workforce Development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience designing / leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space
- Experience in business transformation projects including process improvement, performance management, and change management
- Deep understanding of workforce management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
- Applicant must possess or be eligbile for a U.S. Government clearance
