KPMG is currently seeking a BTS Senior Manager Information Reporting and Withholding NYFS to join our Business Tax Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site guidance to withholding agents regarding compliance with information reporting requirements
- Give support to clients in relation to the technical and practical application of IRS regulations
- Review work carried out by KPMG member firms globally during the performance of QI audits, FATCA and CRS engagements
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
- Recognize, research, and recommend resolutions to tax issues from moderate to complex
- Develop and support risk assessments and implement appropriate tax procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience working at a Big 4, law firm, or in a withholding agent environment focused on information reporting and withholding responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP or CBAP, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list
