- Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends in skills demand, role needs and attrition risk across geographies
- Generate actionable insights to support workforce planning, resource optimization and delivery decisions
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to assess workforce movement, utilization and attrition drivers
- Incorporate behavioral and organizational factors to deepen interpretation of workforce trends
- Design and execute multi-variable analyses across regions, roles and skill clusters to enable cross-market comparisons
- Develop clear, structured deliverables (summaries, tables, visualizations) for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure insights are contextually relevant and useful
- Contribute to improving data definitions, analytical frameworks and repeatable workforce analytics processes
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate program, with a focus on data analytics or strategy
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong background in data analytics, statistical modelling, and quantitative research methods; demonstrated ability to work with complex, multi country datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming environments such as R, STATA, or equivalent; strong Excel skills required
- Ability to communicate analytically rigorous findings clearly to non?technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or applied analytics in organizational, workforce, or behavioral contexts, preferred
- Exposure to machine learning techniques, predictive modelling and data visualization tools (for example, Tableau), preferred
- Experience working with global or cross?cultural teams and familiarity with behavioral science approaches applied to organizational or workforce challenges, preferred
