KPMG iscurrently seeking a Manager, Strategic Change Management for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client service delivery teams in setting strategy and delivering / executing on end‑to‑end experience-centric change management workstreams across large transformation programs
- Serve as the primary change lead for client engagements; Diagnose organizational readiness and change impacts across stakeholders, roles, and processes; Design integrated change strategies covering leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training / capability upskilling, and adoption measurement; Translate business strategy into clear change narratives and actionable execution plans
- Advise senior leaders and sponsors on change risks, decision points, and leadership actions; Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and design working sessions; Define adoption, readiness, and KPI frameworks tied to business outcomes; Track progress and escalate risks related to adoption, engagement, or capability
- Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and across KPMG service lines and drive responses across the full lifecycle of business development opportunities; Actively engage in the development and innovation of Change Management methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, knowledge sharing and firm/industry training efforts
- Manage scope, budget and resources on client engagements, while also identifying and mitigating any associated risks or issues; Oversee day‑to‑day delivery, workplan management, and quality assurance; Manage and mentor junior consultants; Deliver change management projects using AI/Agents with an Ability to build agents and analyze change workforce data.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience related to Change Management or Organizational Development, with three years of experience in Advisory Services within a major consulting firm preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
- Experience designing and leading initiatives business transformation projects based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Change Leadership and Strategic Change Management; Experienced in a variety of business transformations including AI Adoption, Digital / ERP, M&A, Cost-Takeout, Portfolio Change Capability Builds / Change Office, Global Business Services / Outsourcing, etc.
- Experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desired and experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance review and discussing career opportunities
- Working knowledge in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy and strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and structure information
- Travel as needed
