KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Project/Program Management to join our Digital Nexus team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing one or more large, complex, and strategic technology programs or a portfolio of projects and is a hands-on leader who ensures that key technology initiatives are delivered successfully; accountable for all aspects of the program lifecycle, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and financial management, while also providing leadership and mentorship to project teams
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs or a portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Perform as the primary point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders; manage expectations and provide regular, clear updates on program status, risks, and financials
Oversee the budget for assigned programs/projects, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and managing variances to ensure financial health
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies to prevent roadblocks; ensure that all assigned projects and programs adhere to the firm's established project management methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of recent experience in managing large, complex, and cross-functional technology projects, and programs
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; PMP certification is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams
Expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
