KPMG is currently seeking a Workday Alliance Director to join our Alliances team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day relationship and activities of the Workday alliance; direct the alliance management, activation, executive relationship mapping and solution development; provide support for pipeline development and management; give direction to alliance marketing resources, and support ongoing marketing/demand generation activities
- Manage the firm's participation to maximize the value of the alliance partner program including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights and opportunity registration
- Own and manage the development of a compelling portfolio of Workday enabled solutions; identify and champion multi-partner solutions
- Spearhead the development and approval of the annual joint business plan and ensure quarterly reviews to identify improvement opportunities and resourcing needs; manage contracting needed to support the joint business plan
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development with at least five years of recent experience managing a Workday or similar alliance for a services organization with a track record of success
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or twelve years of relevant work in enterprise level sales or alliance management is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required
- Experience managing joint innovation with Workday such as industry accelerators, packaged solutions, Workday extend, and more; established Workday relationships and persuasive skills to position KPMG as the partner of choice across the Workday field sales team
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships; strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries; executive level communication experience, written and verbal, with credibility across all levels
- Proven effective management of complex projects and programs that delivered exceptional results; candidate should be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
- Ability to travel up to forty-percent as necessary
