KPMG iscurrently seeking a Re-Sell Contracts Manager to join our EnterpriseContracting Center.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate resellerand channel partnership agreements for technology products and services
- Ensure all contracts comply withcompany policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with sales, legal,finance, and operations teams to align contract terms with business objectives
- Maintain a centralized contractsrepository to track status, expirations, renewals, and compliance obligations
- Monitor partner performance againstcontractual obligations and escalate issues as needed
- Support pricing models, rebates, andincentives included in reseller agreements
- Provide guidance to internalstakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation, and best practices forreseller relationships
- Act with integrity, professionalism,and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous workenvironment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience incontract management, preferably within technology or SaaS industries
- Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Legal Studies, or a related field; JD or LLM is a plus
- Strong knowledge of reselleragreements, channel sales, and partner program structures
- Excellent negotiation, communication,and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complexcontractual language and provide practical business recommendations
- Proficiency with contract managementsoftware or enterprise systems such as DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, or SAP
