KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist, Operations Support to join our Managed Services practice.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to execute precise updates and conduct meticulous reviews of existing and newly created learning assets. Ensure all materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with overall program guidelines and compliance updates; and structure, organize, and safeguard highly confidential program folders, risk registers, and gap analysis logs within SharePoint and other enterprise collaboration tools, ensuring precise document control and adherence to compliance rules.
- Design, develop, and structure professional training decks, comprehensive knowledge checks, reference guides, and interactive learning exercises to support team and stakeholder onboarding; leverage advanced AI productivity tools (such as Copilot, NotebookLM, etc.) to optimize and redesign training presentations, streamline complex reporting tasks, and generate high-quality operational workflow documentation; and apply AI-assisted workflows to document operations procedures, creating clear, digestible guides that reduce cycle times, enhance delivery quality and support technology enhancements.
- Conduct thorough risk gap analyses to identify operational and compliance discrepancies between regional processes and global program standards. Assess procedural deviations and propose actionable mitigation steps; and review and evaluate entity impact documentation to identify localized risks, assess operational readiness, and ensure alignment with global compliance controls.
- Support the design and implementation, and continuous refinement of program-level quality frameworks and operational quality control checklist to ensure high quality, audit-ready deliverables; and execute and analyze KYC/AML operational workflows to ensure complete alignment with international regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk evaluation guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate feedback cycles across cross-border teams, aligning deliverables and resolving operational queries between onshore and global delivery teams to maintain a unified execution standard; and serve as a key point of contact for operational queries from global teams, Pod Leads, and project leaders, facilitating smooth and collaborative communication.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum of two years' experience in KYC / AML operational processes, quality risk management, or regulatory compliance within a professional or financial services environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- A working knowledge of AI concepts, methodologies, or productivity tools and their application in drafting training materials, process documentation, and streamlining reporting.
- Excellent hands-on capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for document management, organization, and library control; demonstrated success in conducting detailed Gap Analyses, reviewing impact documentation, and supporting the design of quality control (QC) frameworks.
- Proven experience in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and tracking testing outcomes, bugs, and operational questions.
- Strong narrative and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, to align cross-border teams; highly proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage feedback loops and evolving priorities over a multi-year project lifecycle.
- Travel to the office is required, with an expectation of on-site attendance at least two days per week.
