KPMG islooking to hire a Sr. Associate, Workday Learning for our Advisory practice.
Responsibilities
- Functional Solution Design &Validation: Apply deep functional expertise in Workday Learning to analyzeclient requirements, critically evaluate solution designs proposed by ourintelligent automation tools, and identify gaps or areas for optimization.
- Quality Assurance & CriticalAnalysis: Serve as a key line of defense for quality. Meticulously test andvalidate AI-generated configurations, business processes, and data structuresto ensure they are accurate, efficient, and aligned with the client's strategicobjectives.
- Data-Informed Problem Solving: Assistin gathering and analyzing client data to support solution design and identifyingopportunities for process improvements. Translate complex data into actionableinsights for the engagement team and client.
- Value-Focused Delivery: Contribute tothe development of business cases by helping to quantify the impact of solutiondecisions. Support the tracking and reporting of value realization metrics todemonstrate the ROI of the transformation.
- Client Collaboration: Activelyparticipate in client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and testingcycles. Clearly articulate functional concepts and the rationale behindsolution choices to client stakeholders.
- Engagement Support: Support projectmanagement by tracking progress on functional workstreams, documenting keydecisions, and assisting with knowledge transfer and hypercare activities,always with a focus on delivering long-term value.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years ofexperience with Workday Learning, demonstrating a strong evolution fromhands-on configuration to functional analysis and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree from an accreditedcollege or university.
- Proven ability to apply criticalthinking and a high degree of attention to detail in a technology-drivenenvironment.
- Strong analytical skills withexperience in dissecting complex business requirements and translating theminto effective system designs.
- A foundational understanding ofbusiness and financial metrics (e.g., ROI, cost-benefit) and the ability toconnect technical solutions to business value.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools orplatforms within an HR technology environment is highly desirable.
- Workday Learning certification ispreferred.
- Travel may be up to 80-100%.
