KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director, Strategy & Innovation to join our Clients and Markets  organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the firm's multi-year ecosystem and innovation strategy, aligning AI, data, cloud and emerging technology partnerships with firmwide transformation priorities
• Design and develop strategic partnerships, commercial frameworks and business models that unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen the firm's competitive position
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic ecosystem relationships, emerging technology partners, venture opportunities and innovation initiatives that support long-term growth objectives
• Identify, evaluate and incubate new ecosystem-enabled offerings, solutions and revenue streams, transforming innovative concepts into scalable business opportunities
• Translate ecosystem strategies and partnership agreements into executable operating models, governance structures, enablement programs and performance management frameworks
• Build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, influence investment decisions, and represent the firm in strategic ecosystem, innovation and industry forums
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of recent relevant experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem development, business strategy, innovation, technology, business development0 or related fields
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management, Technology, Marketing, Communications or a related field required
• Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing innovative partnership, alliance, ecosystem or go-to-market models in rapidly evolving markets
• Proven track record negotiating and managing complex strategic relationships involving technology providers, ecosystem partners and executive stakeholders
• Experience translating innovation concepts, partnership strategies and market opportunities into measurable business outcomes and scalable operating models
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, cloud, data, digital platforms and emerging technology ecosystems, including their commercial and strategic implications
• Strong business development and growth orientation, including opportunity identification, investment evaluation, strategic planning and market activation

For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $380000 to $500000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role. The current full market salary range for this job level is disclosed below. This broader range represents potential future income growth available over the course of a career in this position. Potential income growth is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, performance, job responsibilities, experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
