KPMG is currentlyseeking an Director Opportunity & Engagement Setup (OES) Leader to join ourAdvisory Operations organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advise the OES team on key leadership decisions and initiatives, and implement best practices that adapt the support model to evolving technologies
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of opportunity-processing systems and processes—including CLEAS/CEAC, SAN, pricing, client investments, and deal reviews—and design enhancements as needs evolve
  • Partner with Advisory Operations and Advisory Leadership to ensure the OES support model meets the needs of client-facing professionals across Transactional, Investment, and Deal Review Board business and system processes
  • Coordinate with KJESS Leadership and foster collaboration across the OES team to meet or exceed SLAs, KPIs, and CPIs
  • Lead, manage and coach direct reports and their counselees, removing barriers so OES colleagues can perform at their best
  • Manage complex projects or tasks from start to completion and track progress as requested by Advisory Leadership

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years of recent professional services experience, which may include client delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders, with the ability to influence decisions and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong knowledge of the business processes and systems that support opportunity management, client investments, and deal-shaping activities
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams comprising participants and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
