KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory L&D – Senior Associate Learning Experience and Design to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business sponsors and Subject Matter Professionals (SMPs) to develop learning materials that translate business content into learner-centered experiences
- Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of learning assets
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling a minimum five courses at a time with efficiency and focus
- Independently drive projects forward, demonstrating ownership and accountability for progress and issue mitigation
- Apply fundamental research skills to instructional design projects including use of AI, as well as leveraging AI and regularly upskill to keep pace with new technologies
- Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in instructional design; design meeting facilitation; and learning asset materials development
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in a relevant discipline such as adult education, instructional design/technologies, organizational development
- Experience developing learning materials in multiple modalities including in-person, virtual live, and e-learning, as well as experience designing interactive learning interventions and performance support tools and creating detailed storyboards
- Demonstrated knowledge in interviewing project sponsors and subject matter professionals to gain detailed insight on learning asset requirements such as target audience analysis, content scope and context, case study development, and others
- Experience in creating web-based training using rapid development authoring tools including Camtasia, Storyline, Synthesia, Well Said
- Excellent organizational, communications, relationship and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks
