KPMG is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for our generative AI product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles to drive project success
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, AI engineers, and solution architects to align sprint goals with the team's mission, manage dependencies, and remove impediments 
  • Drive the delivery of high-value features by managing the team's backlog, tracking key performance metrics in Azure DevOps, and ensuring a relentless focus on our strategic objectives
  • Provide hands-on guidance to help the team navigate the complexities of our solution delivery and mentoring them on Agile best practices
  • Act as an Agile coach to optimize our SDLC processes, ensuring our Git and CI/CD pipelines support the rapid and reliable delivery of scalable AI solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with a proven track record leading technical teams in enterprise environments 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant technical field is preferred; a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is highly preferred 
  • Expert-level proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting, along with deep experience using Git and working within established CI/CD pipelines
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and articulate complex concepts to all stakeholders
  • Proactive and servant-leader mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving results within a fast-paced, innovative, and technically complex domain
