KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice.
- Support the practice in defining and executing strategy for onboarding and migrating client technology needs to KPMG solutions and processes
- Collaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of tax managed services engagements, with a primary focus on the data and technology strategy
- Align with internal KPMG technology teams and solutions for awareness of capabilities and transformation opportunities, maintain a deep understanding of standard processes, resources available and the technology solutions and strategy for the tax functions
- Identify, propose, and deliver a transformation roadmap for tax managed services engagements
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; assist engagement teams with building and managing client relationships; team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice
- Minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience with strong interest in process and technology
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration or relevant work experience; licensed CPA, EA, JD, LLM, PMP, CMI, or Lean Six Sigma Green belt or higher, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and delegation skills
- Able to work in a national/international teaming environment and work remotely with other team members
- Capability to work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight
- Ability to travel 25%

California Salary Range: $135700 - $273400
