KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Workday Integrations to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provideoversight and lead execution of day-to-day activities for Workday managedservices engagements across a variety of post-production clients, which includesenhancements, optimizations, break/fix support, release management, new featuredeployments, process improvements, and strategic road mapping; lead theanalysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions
- Guidecross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex Workday issues andimplementing scalable solutions, ensuring proper documentation of designdecisions, configuration rationale, and solution architecture for knowledgecontinuity and governance
- Lead onshoreand offshore Workday Integrations teams by managing capacity, forecastingresource needs, and balancing workloads, while also driving team developmentthrough skill gap analysis, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to ensurehigh-quality delivery and career growth.
- Serve as astrategic Workday Integrations/Tech advisor during sales pursuits and proposaldevelopment by leading client tenant assessments, identifying optimizationopportunities, and shaping value-driven solutions to enhance feature adoption, andoperational efficiency
- Deepexpertise in Workday Integration architecture and tools (such as EIB, CoreConnectors, Studio, Web Services), with a proven track record of designing,developing, and optimizing scalable integrations that enhance data integrity,streamline workflows, and improve system performance across Workday andthird-party vendor systems
- Act withintegrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG'srespectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managedservices support or consulting experience working directly withinternal/external clients in area of Workday Integrations; minimum two years of recent experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Management Information Systems (MIS) from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Required Workday certification/skills in Integrations. Pleasenote that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currentlyhold the certification will be required to secure them within three months fromthe commencement of employment
- Additional Workday certifications/skills such as Workday Studio, BIRT, PRISM Analytics, Composite Reporting, Workday Extend,Adaptive Planning, or other relevant Workday Integration and technologytools/frameworks is preferred
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes and howthey are operationalized within Workday, with experience leading processreengineering and implementing enhancements to workflows, approvals, andreporting that drive efficiency, compliance, and business value
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentationskills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders, translate complexconcepts, and lead cross-functional collaboration across onshore and offshoreteams Demonstrated ability to drive structured problem-solving and guide teamsthrough root cause analysis, resolution planning, and delivery of scalableWorkday solutions

California Salary Range: $129300 - $223900
