Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the identification of critical factors causing operational and financial under-performance, as well as develop and implement plans to provide decision support guides for Government, Transport and other sectors
- Assist State and Local government agencies with addressing issues that arise from the public sector procurement process
- Direct and participate in business development efforts including curating a strong professional network, identifying opportunities, maintaining a strong market presence, proposing KPMG services, negotiating terms and closing engagements
- Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff
- Lead and participate in practice building including, but not limited to recruitment and training, thought leadership, management and mentorship of staff and/or solution development
- Minimum twelve years of recent deep advisory/consulting experience with cross-sector and international infrastructure projects
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college
- Demonstrated business development skills in public sector and/or corporate construction oversight opportunities, government or corporate capital projects including fostering a strong professional network, scoping opportunities , leading pursuits and negotiating terms
- Excellent consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills and extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, clients and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
