KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our BPG organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the enterprise strategy for connected insights, establishing a clear vision for how analytics are connected across functions, processes and decision forums
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering insight-driven perspectives on complex, cross-enterprise business challenges.
  • Partner with leaders across the enterprise to translate strategic objectives and critical business questions into structured analytical and measurement approaches
  • Own the integrity, consistency, and clarity of all enterprise metrics, establishing governance processes, standards and protocols
  • Oversee the development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights that inform enterprise decisions and drive disciplined performance measurement
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing Connected Insights team, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making; responsible for the processes for the development, creation and maintenance of enterprise and individual KPIs through working with and across the functions and leaders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years in analytics insights, or data-driven strategy, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale teams and transformation programs with demonstrable impact
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree (MBA or MS in Analytics, Statistics, or Economics) preferred; familiarity with modern data platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Executive presence with a proven ability to influence and advise the C-suite and board; exceptional communication and storytelling skills focused on decision-oriented outcomes
  • Deep expertise integrating first- and third-party data, applying advanced analytics and AI/ML to solve complex, strategic business problems
  • Track record of building operating models, governance frameworks and high-performing teams; experience in vendor management and contract negotiations is essential
  • Strong commercial acumen across product, marketing, sales and operations; adept at prioritizing investments by ROI and translating insights into tangible business outcomes
