KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director Sales Leader for our Alliances practice.Responsibilities:
- Leading the Alliance Sales team including: Team development and performance management (includes governance and reporting of team metrics), owning all Alliance-related sales opportunities across the firm which have been qualified, prioritized, and assigned to sales team members.
- Network and engage with local LPs, delivery teams and practice leads to identify strategic opportunities and define KPMG's value proposition with [Alliance] that address' theclients needs.
- Facilitate internal sales conversations between LPs, engagement Partners and SRDs, including the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN), as part of deal shaping.
- Sales relationships alongside the KDN/KGS, Platform practices, platform sales hubs, delivery teams and alliance sales counterparts.
- Engage across Advisory, Alliances, KDN and Clients & Markets teams to identify and commit appropriate resources to support client pursuits and bid responses.
- Act as a role model for Business Development and Sales, sharing knowledge of sales and relationship management and promoting best practice, to improve the sales maturity of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Strong record of growing bookings from technology solutions working within a professional services or corporate environment, including the ability to successfully sell products or solutions against an individual target
- Previous experience with Anthropic is preferred
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Ability to identify and cross-sell additional opportunities in line with client problems
- Strong and proven relationship building skills, able to engage with senior leaders with confidence
- Preferably, strong understanding of KPMG's broader services and related solutions / assets
