KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Workday HCM modules, ensuring that each phase from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production stabilization is executed efficiently and effectively
- Configure Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and PEX (Journeys) to align with the client's specific business requirements and optimize system performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored HCM solutions that drive efficiency and enhance their HR processes
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates
- Collaborate closely with internal and client-side stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure cohesive project delivery, clear communication, and successful outcomes that meet business objectives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in Workday HCM consulting and multiple HCM implementations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience with Workday reporting and data conversion processes (EIB's)
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices
- Workday HCM Certification preferred (certifications in Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance preferred)
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
- Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
