Executeprocess and strategy improvements related to source-to-pay (S2P) services onclient engagements. Support the enablement of sourcing and procurementapplications. Participate in process transformation, measurable improvedoperational performance, and organizational restructuring plans. Establishclient value propositions that tie financial metrics and CFO focus areasdirectly to operations business improvement. Support proposal development andother new business development activities by leveraging existing relationshipswith C-level executives. Serve as a key resource on Advisory client projectsrelated to source-to-pay (S2P) services, and help ensure timely delivery ofresults. Review the work product of KPMG Senior Associates and Associates onengagement teams, and provide direction and training as necessary. Participatein publication of thought leadership for KPMG's Advisory practice. Establishand maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORKSCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent inBusiness Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, or arelated field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degreeor foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,Operations Analysis, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's,progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years ofexperience with the following: Consulting on source-to-pay (S2P) processes andprocurement technology; Integrating between procurement applications and clientsystems and technologies; Supplier development, risk management, categorymanagement, and RFx development; Using Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa to supportsource-to-pay processes; Overseeing management consulting projects, includingsupervising staff level engagement teams in the field; Reviewing and establishingTarget Operating Models with a corresponding RASCI (Responsible, Accountable,Supporting, Consulted, and Informed) matrix; and Designing Procurementorganization structures including providing FTE (full-time equivalent)estimates.

Travel to various locations throughout the US requiredup to 30%.

Travel to various international locations required up to10%.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutabledistance from the job location, depending on business need.

SALARY: $156,458 - $196,300 per year
