KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance and Accounting to join our CFO organization.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the strategic partner between Finance & Accounting (F&A) and the business units and service lines of the firm.
- Accountable for delivering in-depth analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations from data to support strategic planning, decision-making, and course correction for identified risks
- Simplify and communicate complex messages to highlight and summarize essential points, telling the business story that supports the data
- Advance the firm's financial strategy with proactive analysis, planning, and forecasting, focusing on future outlooks, including fiscal year projections and medium-term strategic outlooks
- Gain a seat at the table with finance and business stakeholders, providing financial insights and articulating an independent perspective
- Foster an environment where people and technology (including AI) collaborate effectively, generating efficiencies, and resolving issues that hinder team performance while continuously developing new skills in alignment with business transformation
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent accounting or financial planning and analysis background preferably within a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
