KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, GMS Product Business Analyst to join our Global Mobility Services organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support product initiatives by owning requirements development, delivery coordination, and execution hygiene
- Act as a day‑to‑day partner to Product Leadership, escalating issues with context, impact, and recommendations
- Enable successful product delivery through structured analysis, cross‑team coordination, and documentation
- Support Product Leadership with delivery readiness, issue triage, and process improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of recent experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting technology‑ or product‑based solutions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CBAP, PMP, or similar certification preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage requirements, delivery activities, and day‑to‑day project coordination in a cross‑functional environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities, tracking milestones and dependencies, and escalating risks with context and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering with product, technology, and stakeholder teams in a collaborative environment
