Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors. Work with KPMG's cross- functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of integration engagements, focusing on the establishment and merging of compensation and benefits platforms, organizational design and alignment, technological HR system alignment, creating and executing employee experience workplans. Participate in identifying HR, compensation, and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence. Support the engagement execution process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation, and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's integration and separation teams, and assist with communication of results with clients. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 75%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Design and implementation of active health and welfare plans with an accounting or benefits consulting firm; Project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating; Planning, supporting, and executing employee experience and change of management programs focused on enterprise-wide M&A separations and integrations; and Human Resource project planning with a focus on domestic and global M&A.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY: $156,458 - $243,900 peryear
