KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Associate Director, Site Delivery Lead (Lease Transactions / Workplace Technology) to join our Digital Nexus organization for a twelve-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of assigned project sites, including design, installation, verification, and transition to Engineering and Operations; serve as the single point of accountability at the site level, ensuring delivery meets approved schedule, standards, and budget, while supporting adoption of the future-state delivery model
- Own end-to-end site delivery, from design through operational transition; ensures delivery of project sites in accordance with approved schedules, standards, and budgets
- Partner with Engineering and Execution Leads to develop Statement of Work (SOWs) and support Request for Proposal (RFP) review and award recommendations; coordinate vendor design and execution activities; review and approve invoices and payment applications
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on procurement strategy; accountable for site close-out, including closure of all third-party contracts and Purchase Orders (Pos)
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues; Interfaces with Real Estate, Architecture AND Operational Engineering (AOE), Engineering, Operations, and site stakeholders
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience delivering site-based projects in workplace technology, lease transactions, construction, or similar environments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Experience with lease transactions, workplace modernization programs, AV/Network or end-user technology delivery, and supporting future-state transformed delivery models, backed by strong stakeholder and executive communication skills is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, and financial controls
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles; Experience operating in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Ability to travel as required
