KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist, PaaS to join our Managed Services practice.
- Assist in procurement and finance processes, including vendor onboarding, sourcing support, and contract lifecycle coordination and maintain awareness of vendor lifecycle stages to ensure compliance and process alignment and support contract documentation and validation activities
- Act as a coordination point for vendor communications and stakeholder interactions and track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and proactively follow up on pending actions and escalate risks where required
- Perform spend analysis and track procurement metrics to identify trends and insights and maintain and update reporting dashboards using Excel or procurement tools and support opportunity pipeline tracking for cost optimization initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, elimination of duplication, and workflow efficiency improvements; analyze procurement and vendor usage patterns to recommend optimization strategies and document findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work within an Agile delivery model, supporting sprint-based execution and backlog management and document processes, improvement recommendations, and operational updates and ensure adherence to structured workflows and governance standards
- Collaborate across procurement, finance, and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational priorities and delivery objectives
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum one year of recent experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or finance processes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and identify cost-saving opportunities and experience in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization; proficiency in Excel and data tracking tools and exposure to procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or similar
- Basic understanding of procurement and finance processes, vendor lifecycle, and contract fundamentals
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and continuous improvement practices and strong communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to travel as needed
