Responsibilities: Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements providing financial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 and middle-market companies and Private Equity investors; Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks, which impact valuation and negotiation of target companies; Design reports specific to key issues, including normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, comparison of historical financials metrics to management budgets, and indebtedness considerations; Comment on accounting and financial matters of purchase agreements and other transaction related documentations leveraging diligence findings and technical accounting knowledge; Review third-party audit work papers and audited financial statements to evaluate the application of U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting standards on financial reporting and assess the impact of specific audit findings on company valuation.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Up to 20% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Analyzing EBITDA, including calculation of adjustments; Net Working Capital, including trend analysis and calculation of adjustments; Debt analysis; Reviewing sale and purchase agreements to assess and refine accounting and financial terms; U.S. GAAP; ASC 606; IFRS; SEC financial reporting issues.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE: $210,800 - $322,600 peryear
