KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Concierge to join our Administrative & Office Experience organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite administrative support for the Office Managing Partner, Local Office Partners, Managing Directors, and other office leaders; serve as a visible, in-person resource for leadership, professionals, clients, recruits, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Support daily office operations and hospitality services, including stocking and organizing pantry and supply areas, conference room setup and reset, catering coordination, mail and shipping services, minor office upkeep, and general office support; coordinate and support office events, town halls, recognition programs, networking functions, recruiting activities, client-facing events, leadership visits, and other office-wide initiatives
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, communications, firm letters, client invoices, and other business documents to support leadership and office initiatives; manage and respond to office requests involving technology, hospitality, facilities, clients, office operations, and building maintenance; troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to support office operations and provide scanning, copying, printing, mail, shipping, facilities, and technology support as needed
- Assist with travel coordination, expense reporting, invoice processing, and other administrative activities supporting office leadership
- Build strong relationships across the office while supporting employee engagement, recognition programs, community activities, networking opportunities, and awareness of leadership priorities and office initiatives; handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Function as a visible ambassador for the firm, fostering connection, collaboration, engagement, and a respectful workplace culture
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent administrative, customer service, or hospitality industry experience; audiovisual technology experience a plus
- Completed coursework from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent web-based research skills and the ability to learn firmwide applications, including GenAI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to proactively identify issues, gather information, recommend solutions, exercise sound judgment, and appropriately escalate matters when needed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines; excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, time management, prioritization, and project coordination skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with professionals, clients, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Capability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, moving, and stocking boxes, office supplies, catering items, meeting materials, and other equipment necessary to support office operations and events, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to work in the Albany office full-time, Monday through Friday
