KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Product Sales to join our Business Development Organization and lead our Digital Finance product sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual revenue plan in KPMG's Digital Finance Product by leading a sales team of Product Sales Manager's as well as have individual targets for building pipeline, driving new opportunities, win new logos, and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with the KPMG Digital Finance team; provide market insights to inform the product roadmap
  • Serve as a trusted KPMG advocate, educating internal account teams and external clients on how our Digital Finance Product address their most pressing challenges
  • Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle: deal qualification, strategic sales planning, opportunity shaping, close and contract negotiation to meet revenue targets
  • Work with product marketing to define and drive campaigns for assigned market segment
  • Apply the MarketEDGE framework to rigorously qualify opportunities and convert win/loss analyses into actionable strategies for our integrated sales management process
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent, successful enterprise product sales experience, including at least five years focused on finance products and solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus twelve years of recent enterprise-level sales experience with at least five years focused on digital finance
  • Experience in selling finance solutions that include modules such as G/L, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, Reporting, Treasury, and others
  • Experience in selling finance solutions to insurance, retail, banking or manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to work with c-suite and senior executives in the finance function by synthesizing complex information, align solutions to client needs, and effectively communicate KPMG's Digital Finance product capabilities to clients
  • Ability to travel as necessary
