- Drive both local and national business development efforts with a focus on S&L industry solutions
- Lead and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities
- Provide leadership to client service and delivery teams as well as mentor junior staff
- Fifteen plus years of demonstrated success selling and delivering finance transformation solutions with a focus on clients in the S&L industry sector
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field
- Experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C-level executives
- Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities
