KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our KPMG Strategy practice.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in enterprise-wide strategy engagements and help ensure successful delivery of final project deliverables for Healthcare Lifesciences clients
- Participate in cross-functional teams by helping to develop and implement strategic roadmaps, drive key engagement interviews, conduct research and help with workshops
- Drive problem formulation, comprehensive analysis and problem resolution
- Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial and operational metrics directly to near- and long-term business improvement
- Support professional development of more junior level KPMG Strategy team members
Qualifications :
- Minimum three years of consulting experience at a major strategy, boutique strategy or Big 4 firm, with a focus on the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Graduate degree in a Healthcare or Life Sciences discipline such as MA, MSc, MPH, PhD or MD, or a Masters degree in Business or Healthcare Administration from an accredited college or university is highly preferred
- Industry knowledge and experience in consulting for Healthcare or Life Sciences sub-sectors, including pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotech and medical devices and/or Healthcare services (such as payer/provider)
- Proven experience articulating the strategic value of new technology, digital, or operational solutions with experience in supply chain, transaction and business due diligence, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience
- Strong strategic business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design and execution across operations, technology and organizational design
- Willingness and ability to travel

California Salary Range: $85000 - $206800
