KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Chief of Staff to join our Global Clients and Markets (GCM) our which is part of KPMG International. organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Global Clients and Markets (GCM) Strategy as part of the Collective Strategy; work with the GCM Core Leadership Team, across the five strategic pillars of the GCM Strategy such as accounts, sectors, sales enablement, brand and marketing, and big Initiatives including ESG to advance our strategy in its delivery towards our ultimate growth ambition including setting the agenda and manage weekly and bi-weekly meetings; cultivate a culture of accountability, as well as encourage collaboration, and knowledge sharing by tracking and monitoring the milestones
  • Support the Global Head of Clients and Markets Regina Mayor as member of the GMT; support the Global Head of Clients and Markets to enable effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in delivering our GCM strategy
  • Work alongside the Global Head of Clients and Markets to manage, as well as expand the GCM strategy as needed, and incubate special projects that result in innovative solutions, and new ways to accelerate growth
  • Create a working environment and culture of collaboration within KPMGI; collaborate with Recruitment, Human Resources, GPS engagement team, Global People and Operations to enhance our GCM community employee engagement and satisfaction levels to build a rewarding workplace in a rapidly changing environment; work with the GPS engagement team and other GMT People, and Culture leaders to improve, as well as enhance our people experience by introducing measures to address the GPS results
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to orchestrate and unlock the full potential of the GCM Strategy; drive and coordinate monthly GCM Steering Group Meetings, attend regular meetings with GMT Directors/CoS, develop and deliver the content strategy for GMT, Global Board and International Partner Meetings, incl GLPs, GSHs
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in strategy, business development, or internal transformation activities
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.   
  • Advanced leadership capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and ability to set clear plans, communicate effectively, and negotiate alignment for successful delivery
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and sector knowledge, with strong understanding of clients and markets methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects and implementing change, preferably within KPMG
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
