KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Finance Transformation in Financial Management for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize operational and financial experience and transformation knowledge to recognize complex client issues and develop proposed solutions
- Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems requiring excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
- Conduct and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities with current and new clients, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines
- Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, and networking in professional organizations
- Broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies, intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of industrial manufacturing relevant work experience around managing systems and product implementations in a consulting environment; minimum of five years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials, Procurement and/or Cloud ERP Implementation Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent from an accredited college/university; Master's of Business Administration from an accredited college/university and CPA or another advanced professional credential is preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
- Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback
- Ability to travel as required
