KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to be our US Technology, Media and Telecom Sales Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Industry and Account leadership to contribute to a comprehensive GTM execution strategy
- Manage team member performance through pipeline management, deal qualification, forecasting and progress toward sales goals; proactively oversee demand generation efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified deals originated
- Manage team members activity to deliver effective client relationship management and ensure the team is continuously driving into net-new client executive relationships, through active participation in client meetings as appropriate
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing sales team and make strategic talent decisions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of recent management consulting experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
