KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Administrative Services (OMP Support) to join our Administrative & Office Experience organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support, including travel coordination, calendar support, expense reporting, invoice processing, purchasing activities, and research; prepare executive-level communications, presentations, leadership updates, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
  • Partner with market leadership to execute strategic initiatives supporting growth, brand, people, and market priorities; manage high-priority projects, special initiatives, and market-wide campaigns aligned to leadership objectives; support partners with local business development activities, including target identification, market follow-up, and proposal coordination; serve as a liaison between leadership, business teams, administrative professionals, office operations, and external stakeholders; coordinating complex cross-functional team logistics
  • Lead oversight of ticket management processes, market asset administration, workflow tracking, approvals, and operational compliance activities; assist with practice-specific operational processes, such as the coordination of audit report reissuances and risk compliance; coordinate and execute community impact initiatives, volunteer activities, inclusion programs, and market engagement efforts
  • Partner with local leadership and national teams to coordinate recruiting activities, including university relations and campus events, to support the local talent pipeline; manage alumni and retired partner programs, including stakeholder communications, events, and engagement activities
  • Support management of leadership budgets, expenditures, operational metrics, and program reporting; track strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely execution and accountability
  • Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery; identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance the leadership support model; serve as an informal leader and resource to team members through knowledge sharing, onboarding support, and best-practice guidance
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent administrative, operational, executive support, project management, or practice operations experience, preferably within a professional services environment; experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional programs. Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience supporting reporting, budgets, operational metrics, and leadership communications; ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and competing deadlines
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to leverage AI-enabled technologies and automation tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Experience working within the Puerto Rico market and understanding of local business culture is strongly preferred; ability to be in the San Juan office a minimum of four days per week
