- Collaborate with IT Asset Management team on areas of top priority for the group related the following: IT Asset procurement, contract management, Software and Hardware Asset Management, Financials and Automated Discovery (with systems such as Flexera and ServiceNow)
- Conduct data-driven research and analyses in support of special projects by developing materials including presentations (PowerPoints), Excel trackers and other materials to help push forward ideas and projects
- Coordinate with other team members across the organization to prepare reports or provide insights and guidance to key leadership
- Collaborate across the organization to support the launch of new initiatives and processes
- Support team in developing standardized processes and procedures
- Act as data point person for the team as the custodian of all relevant data, ensuring full accuracy
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; bachelors or masters degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Procurement or equivalent program
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Knowledge of project management is a plus
- Basic technical skills to learn technology and help support IT staff and their clients; basic knowledge of MS Office; strong knowledge of Excel and/or SharePoint a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers
- Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
