- Build, unit test and maintain scalable connectors that link Large Language Models LLMs to enterprise platforms (such as, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint)
- Integrate with Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and implement secure authentication patterns (such as, OAuth, API keys) to enable reliable data exchange
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality, tested code
- Troubleshoot and support connector operations by debugging issues and helping maintain platform stability
- Contribute to technical documentation and develop working knowledge of LLM-to-enterprise integration patterns and best practices
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java; foundational knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and web services; familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git; a strong interest in AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models; basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure); knowledge of Agile development methodologies; previous internship experience in a software development role is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to issues; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; ability to incorporate GenAI tools into daily tasks
- Understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies and best practices; the ability to apply these principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment is a plus
- Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a flexible, adaptable team player and deliver high quality work in a fast paced technology environment; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
